The staff was attentive. The room boy was excellent. Good service overall.

Nothing not to love.

Located within a walk to Anasagar Lake, which is about 400 metres away. It is in front of the airport. Just a walk down to Rangmahal, where you can have lunch: )

Couldn't stay longer.

Can recommend the hotel. Positioned 10 mins on foot from Azad Park, the venue was also so close to many other major attractions.

Our recent stay at a hotel near the Shrine was a pleasant and enjoyable experience for our family of four. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the revered Shrine. the room provided us with a comfortable and clean space to relax in, and the bathroom was well-maintained and stocked with necessary amenities. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, perfect for starting our days off right.

There was a slight issue with the billing process during checkout, which caused a bit of confusion and inconvenience.

the hotel's location near the shrine made it convenient for me as a traveler. I appreciated being able to easily access the religious site without having to spend a lot of time on transportation. the cleanliness of the rooms was commendable. The housekeeping staff, particularly the room boy Basker, ensured that everything was super tidy throughout my stay. the hotel facilities were great, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Finally, the staff, including Basker and others, were friendly, attentive.

When trying to think of any negative aspects, I must admit it was hard to come up with anything. The service provided by Aziz, the server, was a bit lacking in terms of providing basic facilities.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. The staff were friendly and efficient, particularly the room boy who provided excellent service. the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which was a great advantage for staying connected and starting the day with a satisfying meal.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty sheets and unclean toilets. The lack of attention to detail was evident, as requests for extra beds were ignored and the room was left in a disorganized state.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. the location was ideal, just a short walk from some of the best shops and restaurants in town. We also appreciated the free wifi and the rooftop bar, which had an amazing view of the city.

The room was not as clean as we would have liked. the pillows were uncomfortable and the bathroom needed some attention.
